Description :
The CarboSen is a miniaturized sensor system for the detection of oxidizable
gases. Using modern manufacturing processes, this sensor can be produced in
huge quantities. The sensor is particularly suitable for measurements below
1000 ppm COe.
The working principle of the solid electrolyte sensor is a Non-Nernstian mixed
potential. This allows a COe detection starting from 10 ppm e.g. for in-situ
measurement in the rough flue gas of oil-, gas- or biomass fired burners and
heaters.
